Composed as one single two-story house, Villa Indah Bali houses everything in one building. The spacious living area downstairs has floor-to-ceilling Frech doors offering options to be completely closed and air conditioned or opened to catch the breeze over the swimming pool. Each of the two en-suited bedrooms upstairs has its own balcony whilst the third bedroom downstairs offer easy access to the living area.

ACCOMMODATION

Living Area

Among specific distinctions of Villa Indah is its spacious living area which is larger than most other three bedrooms villas. It gives an expansive feeling as well as ample indoor playground for children. At one corner is TV area featuring comfortable modern sofa with large LCD screen connected to both cable TV and DVD player. At the opposite corner is a dining table for 8 and a compact western kitchen with sufficient appliance to cook your own full-course dinner.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Upstairs are two en-suited bedrooms mirroring each other. Each of the air-conditioned upstairs bedroom has a double bed with ceilling-hanged mosquito net, a walk in wardrobe area, a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and beyond, and an en-suite bathroom. The only difference of these two bedrooms is their en-suite bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub whilst the other has a shower.

Swimming Pool and Garden

In front of the villa is a private swimming pool and a lawn with four sunloungers. We can stack the sunloungers to one side to convert the lawn into a barbecue area or simply an ourdoor children playground. A terrace connecting the living area and the swimming pool is also suitable for breakfast.

SERVICES

Considering its size, to ensure guests’ privacy, the villa does not have live-in staffs. The maid service is limited to daily cleaning and preparing breakfast. However additional services such as cook can be arranged. A gardener is available in a roostered schedule to ensure both the garden and the swimming pool are clean. A 24 hours security guard is also available.

For those who needs to remain connected even on holiday, an WiFi internet broadband connection is available throughout the house. Optional services such as cook, in-house massage, tour excursion, car rental, can be arranged ad an additional cost.

LOCATION

Villa Indah is located on the outskirt area of Seminyak, just off Jalan Mertanadi with its string of antique and art shops. The area considered as the heart of Seminyak, known as Jalan Laksmana with cascading up market venues such as designers’ boutique, fine dining restaurants, cozy cafes, and boutique hotels is reachable within les than 10 minutes walk.

The nearest beach, either Seminyak or Petitenget, popular spots along the miles span of golden sandy beach on Bali’s south-west coast, is approximately one kilometers away, reachable in either a short drive or a relaxed walked will. The beach is suitable for swimming, casual surfing, and sunbathing.

Very close to the newly built highway called Sunset Road, any other areas of Bali are asily accessible. Large supermarkets including Carrefour and Hypermart is approximately 10 minutes drive away, Ngurah Rai International airport is less than 30 minutes drive away, Jimbaran and Nusa Dua is approximately 40-45 minutes away, Sanur is about 30 minutes away, and Ubud is less than one hour away.
