ACCOMMODATION

The single-storey, minimalist villa comprises two bedrooms with ensuite semi-outdoor bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining and lounge area which overlooks the sparkling pool and lush gardens. Alongside the pool is a bale with a day bed which offers complete relaxation.

Main Building

The main building overlooks the pool and gardens and has two air-conditioned bedrooms with the living and dining area conveniently located in between. Both bedrooms have a king-sized bed, a dressing table, a mirror, and bedside tables and lamps as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower.

The living area has a large plasma television with cable access to more than 30 international channels and CD and DVD systems. Nearby, an elegant table and chairs is the focal point of the dining room where guests can enjoy a meal while listening to music or watching a movie.

In a corner, the fully-equipped kitchen has a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a juicer, a water dispenser, a cutlery set, plenty of chinaware and a bar.

Ground and Landscape

The infinity pool is a favourite place to cool off and is surrounded by well-tended gardens, neat lawn and tropical plants. The barbecue kitchen and bar between the master guest house and main building are great for hosting pool parties while a gazebo and daybed is the place to be when you just want to relax in the sunshine.

Approximately 10 minutes walk to the beach. This villa is nestled in the heart of bustling Seminyak, with a great sense of privacy, yet so conveniently close to everything you wish to do during your holiday.

Seminyak is situated 9 kilometers north of Ngurah Rai international Airport and 15 kilometers from Denpasar, Bali’s capital. Within 20 to 40 minutes driving you will find the challenging surf beaches at Canggu, the picturesque temple site of Tanah Lot and the acclaimed Nirwana golf course.
